It can be an intimate acoustic driven song, it can be an increasingly complex series of improvized loops creating texture and interplay – but my primary focus is on moments. Searching for inspiration and improvising within a given framework – song or soundscape, live singer/songwriter or performing to film. Every moment has a story to listen to. In so many ways, despite my tendency toward longer lyrics, I am always striving for snapshots in both my songs and instrumentals.
